Ashley M. King-Packer, 35, of Williamsport passed away Monday, February 14, 2022 at UPMC Gatehouse.
Born September 5, 1986 in State College, she was the daughter of Randy B. King and Michelle Y. Phillips.
Ashley attended elementary school in Lewistown. She was a 2005 graduate of South Williamsport High School where she participated in the Bandfront. She continued her education at Empire Beauty School.
Ashley was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. She enjoyed watching Penn State as well as NASCAR, cheering on Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
She loved '69 Mustangs, watching NCIS and had exceptional drawing skills.
Most of all, Ashley was a social butterfly- whether communicating with friends in person, over the phone or through social media. She was always willing to listen and give advice when necessary. She was a true "people person."
Ashley loved her dogs and leaves behind her two special K-9 companions, Dinozzo and Ziva.
Surviving is her mother, Michelle Y. Phillips (John Nevill, Jr.) of Williamsport; her father, Randy B. (Alice) King of Grassflat; siblings, Hunter and Mekaila King, both of Grassflat; maternal grandmother, Nancy Phillips of S. Williamsport; paternal grandmother, Ann King-Delany of Jersey Shore; aunts and uncles: Cindy Merritt, Kim (Glenn) Hall, Jeff (Diane) King, Dick (Sonja) Delaney, Mike (Kristen) Delany and Mark (Kim) Chrysler; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Danielle Martin; maternal grandfather, William E. Phillips; paternal grandfathers, Harry King and Richard Delaney; and uncle, Thomas Merritt.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 2 until 4 P.M. at Moriarty Funeral Home & Crematory, 112 E. Church St., Lock Haven, PA 17745.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lycoming County SPCA, Coy Lutz Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o the funeral home or to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
