Carolyn Rebuck Obituary

Carolyn A. Rebuck, 77, of Lock Haven passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at Susque View Home.

Born October 9, 1942 in Berwick, she was a daughter of the late Edward M. and Mary Ann Vandermark Wolfe.

She was a 1960 graduate of the former Mahanoy Joint High, Herndon.

Carol had an exemplary faith that was evident through her compassion and love for others. Her passion was giving- whether through volunteering, assisting with various parties or gift-giving.

She was a member of The Salvation Army, Lock Haven.

When able, Carol enjoyed crafting- especially needlepoint and crocheting.

Surviving are her two children: Ty Rebuck of Lock Haven and Tina (Bill) Deavor of Mill Hall; her sister, Cathy (Roger) Lebo of Herndon; three grandchildren: Charlotte and Samuel Rebuck and Jakob Deavor; four nieces: Sheila, Mary, Kristie and Elizabeth; three nephews: Ben, Billy and Chris; and her extended family: Kathy, George, Sr., Pat, Sierra, Lexi, George, Jr., Michaela and Jacob.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Benjamin Witmer, Sr.; a sister, Margaret Jobes; a nephew, David Lebo; and her daughter-in-law, Courtney Rebuck.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 4 P.M. at The Salvation Army, 119 E. Church St., Lock Haven, Pa 17745 with Captains Johnson officiating.

Friends and family will be received at the church from 3 P.M. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Salvation Army.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.
