Chelsea Rae Counsil

Chelsea Rae Counsil, 33, of Jersey Shore, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022.
Born in Williamsport on January 27, 1989, she was the daughter of Russell E. "Rusty" and Virginia "Ginny" Hall Counsil, who both survive in Mill Hall.
Chelsea was a 2007 graduate of Central Mountain High School. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Art with a minor in Photography from Edinboro University where she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.
She had been employed as a waitress at Happy Valley Brewery.
Chelsea had a passion for art, especially photography and painting. She also had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed gardening and going for walks.
In addition to her parents, Rusty and Ginny, she is survived by a brother, Andrew "AJ" (Nicole) Counsil of Lock Haven; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Hall of Lock Haven; and three aunts, Karen (Jeff) Rondeau of North Carolina, Barbara (Lew) Santonico of Lock Haven and Sandy (Eric) Coleman of Mill Hall.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Rosemary and Russell Counsil, Sr.; maternal grandfather, Walter Hall; and aunt, Susan Hall.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 6 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
Friends and family will be received for a time of viewing on Thursday from 4 P.M. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Clinton County SPCA.
