David Greene Obituary
David Allen Greene, 68, of Lock Haven, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at his home.
Born in Lock Haven on April 12, 1956, he was the son of the late Frederick P. Greene, Jr. and Gladys E. Barton Cashner.
In his early years, Dave worked on the railroad. He was later employed at Wal-Mart, Mill Hall for several years.
As a young man, Dave was an avid weight lifter and body builder. He also enjoyed shooting pool.
He is survived by two sons, Joshua D. (Kelly Simmons) Greene of Lock Haven and Jeremy A. (Jessica) Greene of Mill Hall; a step-son, Russell (Bridget Bardo) Bauman of Flemington; three brothers, Donald E. Greene, Frederick P. Greene, III and Richard L. (Julie) Greene, all of Lock Haven; a sister, Judith (Dr. Nick) Kalvin of Florida; five grandchildren: Donovan, Tiesha, Damien and Ashton Greene and Collin Bauman; a great-grandson, Kane Gambill; and a close friend and caregiver, Rochell Bittner of Lock Haven.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 to assist with funeral expenses.
