Eugene Mark Obituary
Eugene R. Mark, 86, of McAlisterville (Cocolamus), passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Geisinger, Lewistown.
Born July 12, 1937 in Lock Haven, he was the only child of the late Gross and Ivanore Mark.
Eugene was a graduate of Lock Haven High School.
On August 25, 1958, he married the former Bonita "Bonnie" Marasco, with whom he shared 51 years of marriage before her passing on December 27, 2009.
Throughout the years, Eugene trained standard bred horses, restored cars for Clair Ehrenzeller and worked for Maple Lawn Associates.
He attended New Harvest Community Church, Millerstown.
Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Marian (McClure) Mark and granddaughter, Jillian E. Mark, all of Port Royal; three brothers-in-law: Joseph (Eleanor Lee) Marasco and Dennis (Jane) Marasco, both of Blanchard and Michael Marasco of Mill Hall; two nieces; and two nephews.
Private services will be held for his family. Interment will be at Dunnstown Cemetery.
