Grant Karichner Obituary

Grant Lee Karichner, Sr., 42, of Flemington passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021 surrounded by his family at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born May 24, 1979 in Lock Haven, he was a son of Gary and Erin (Moore) Karichner.
Grant attended Lock Haven High School.
He was employed as a Line Leader at First Quality Tissue.
Grant was a member of the Lock Haven Dart League and "9 Ball" Pool League as well as a member of the Bad Majik Paintball crew.
He loved fishing, cooking meat on his smoker and playing video games. Grant was an avid Oakland Raiders fan.
In addition to his parents, Gary and Erin Karichner of Lock Haven, he is survived by his children: Grant L. "Bubb" Karichner (Cheyenne "China") and Sarah Karichner (Tanner "TanTan"), both of Flemington; two brothers: Gary (Beth) Karichner, Jr. of Mount Joy and Mark Karichner (Katy) of Lock Haven; his finance, Lonni Beal of Flemington; a nephew, Noah Karichner; three nieces, Madison and Chloe McNitt and Brianna Karichner; and his dogs, Ollie and Toph.
He was preceded in death by his Grammy, Mary Ellen Karichner.
A gathering to celebrate Grant's life will be held at his parent's home, 155 Fargus Island Rd., Lock Haven on Friday, June 25, 2021, starting at 4 P.M.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa 17745 to offset funeral expenses by mailing a check to the funeral home.
