Helen Kuntz Obituary
Helen M. Kuntz, 80, of Lock Haven, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital.
Born May 9, 1945 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Frank H. and Ethel F. Kirkman Quiggle.
Helen was a 1963 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
On November 12, she married John D. "Jack" Kuntz, who preceded her in death February 29, 2024.
She had a true love for all animals and always made them a part of her life. As a resident at Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living, she was proud to serve as an "Expert Resident" for their peer support program. Beyond all, Helen adored and loved her family and the time she spent with him.
She is survived by three children, Ann M. (Randy) Brickley and Gayle L. (Steve) Hummel, both of Lock Haven, and John M. Kuntz of Shamokin; five grandchildren: Joshua, Alyssa, Justin, Avery and Jamie; and five great grandchildren: Crew, Violet, Gavin, Kaiya and Damon.
In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Quiggle.
Private services will be held at the convenience of her family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 to assist with funeral expenses.
