James E. Luce

James E. Luce, 63, of Lock Haven passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at The Gatehouse, Williamsport.
He was born September 29, 1959 in Corning, New York.
James was employed at a foundry in Corning.
He accepted Christ and kept his faith through his health struggle.
James loved NASCAR, especially cheering on Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
In addition to his spouse of 15 years, Margie E. Gallagher of Lock Haven, he is survived by his children: Heather, James, Jamie and Christian Luce; a daughter-in-law, Sherri Rose; a step-daughter, Stephanie (Josh) Reese; a sister whom he adored, Julie Vargeson; and a brother-in-law, Gerald Lowe. He will be sadly missed by several grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and many additional family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by sister, Penny Lowe.
In following his wishes, there will be no services.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.
