John Albert Waterman, Sr., 60, of Mill Hall passed away Monday, October 25, 2021.
Born December 5, 1960 in Lock Haven, he was a son of the late Robert H. and Patricia Hevner Waterman.
John was a graduate of Lock Haven High School.
He was employed by International Paper before working as a custodian for various companies, the most recent being Upper St. Clair School District.
John was an avid Poker player and also enjoyed fishing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his children: Ashley (Jason) Andrus of Lock Haven, John A. "Jay" (Amanda) Waterman, Jr. of Pittsburgh and Alyssa Waterman of Lock Haven; a brother, Rick Waterman of Lock Haven; four grandchildren: Mady and Mariah Waterman and Gabriel and Kenzie Andrus; his aunt and caregiver, Julie "Sis" Hinds of Mill Hall as well as many aunts, uncles and nieces.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert H. Waterman, Jr. and a grandson, Nicholas Andrus.
A Celebration of John's Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745, to assist with funeral expenses.
