June Wadsworth Obituary
June Enna (Temple) Wadsworth, 96, of Lock Haven passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Susque View Home, Lock Haven.
Born April 20, 1925 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Sherman O. and Harriett (Selfe) Temple.
June was married to the love of her life, Herbert S. Wadsworth who preceded her in death in 2001.
She was employed at Karnishes and Bobbie Brooks before working at Lock Haven Hospital, from where she retired.
June enjoyed visiting with her family and friends as well as travelling across the United States with brothers and sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Leonard (Maria) Wadsworth of Texas and John (Wendy) Wadsworth of Williamsport; a daughter-in-law, Lillian Wadsworth of Howard; a brother, Roderick Temple of Arkansas; her grandchildren: Wendy (Troy) LeVan, Alan Wadsworth, Farrah (Ken) Shoemaker, Chase Wadsworth, Erik (Cassi) Wadsworth, Jared Wadsworth, Tiera (Justin) Ottaviano, Tavor Wadsworth, Elizabeth Wadsworth, Leonard Wadsworth and Michael Wadsworth; her great grandchildren: Mackenzie (Russell) Zerby, Blake (Kierstan), Jayda, Chase, Landon, Aaliyah and Zavier Wadsworth, and Javon, Jionni and Julion Ottaviano; her great, great grandchildren, Perseus and Athena Zerby; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Herbert A. Wadsworth; her brothers: Lawrence, Charles and Gerald; sisters: Ella, Elaine, Patricia, Thyra and Amy; an infant brother; and a grandson, Daniel Wadsworth.
Private services will be held at the convenience of her family.
