Kimberly J. Rafter, 67, of Mill Hall passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born February 2, 1957 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Mary Dickey Kennelley.
Kim shared 43 years of marriage with her best friend, Norman "Tuck" Rafter, Sr.
She loved gardening and country music as well as crafting, especially painting stepping stones.
Throughout the years, Kim had many beloved dogs (Boxers) and cats.
She cherished every moment spent with her family- especially her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Tuck Rafter of Mill Hall, she is survived by her children: Tracy Heichel, Jessica Heichel (Michael Hardy), Jason (Renee) Rafter, Norman "Tuckie" (Jennifer) Rafter, Jr. and Jaimee (Aaron) Rafter-Bish; brother, Donald (Karen) Kennelley, Jr.; sisters, Anna (Gary) Orner and Cary (Michael) St. Pierre; 26 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sam and Anna Dickey and a grandson, Nathaniel Cooper.
A private viewing and Celebration of Life will be held for her family.
