Marcella Waltz Obituary
Marcella M. Waltz, 96, of Lock Haven passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Susque View Home, Lock Haven.
Born October 16, 1922 in Jamestown, New York, she was the daughter of the late Merle and Alice Harrington.
Marcella was married to Richard A. Waltz who preceded her in death on October 15, 1998.
She was a member of Dunnstown United Methodist Church.
In her younger years she enjoyed sewing and more recently, putting puzzles together. Most important to her was the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving is her son-in-law, Raymond Dunlap of Lock Haven; two sisters, Marlene Kolstee of New York and Arlene Anderson of Florida; five grandchildren: Renee Martz, Rochelle (Tom) Rice, Randy Rice, Keith (Shannon) Dunlap and Chad (Kate) Dunlap; and nine great grandchildren: Jeremy, Monica and Sean Rice, Kalob Mauck, Tanner Felbinger, Kylie Koch and Colton, Kally and Kendall Dunlap.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her two daughters, Joanne Rice Phillips and Nancy C. Dunlap.
A funeral service for Marcella will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 3 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington with Rev. Donald Grant officiating. Burial will take place at Dunnstown Cemetery.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2 P.M. until the time of the service.
