Mary J. Delaney, 83, of Mill Hall passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in the comfort of her home, where she desired to be.
Born March 31, 1942 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of James and Irene Probst.
Mary was a 1960 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
On October 14, 1961, she married Dale E. Delaney, with whom she shared 64 years of marriage.
In her younger years, she waitressed at Janet's Restaurant and was employed at Lock Haven Hospital. Then, for 32 years, she worked as a seamstress at Woolrich, after which she retired.
Mary enjoyed camping; but most of all, cherished the time she spent with her family.
In addition to her husband, Dale Delaney of Mill Hall, she is survived by her children: Dale (Jackie) Delaney, Jr. of Texas, Robert (Joann) Delaney of Williamstown, William "Bubba" (Linda) Delaney of Lock Haven and Scoob Delaney of Mill Hall; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
Per her wishes, there will be no public services.
