Max Allen Barner, 24, of Mill Hall, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at UPMC Lock Haven Hospital.
Max was born in Grand Rapids, MI on September 7, 1994, the son of Scott A. and Barbara J. Faurot Barner, who both survive in Mill Hall.
Max formerly worked in the natural gas industry for Keane Group of Mill Hall.
He was a member of the Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company and enjoyed working on “fixer-upper” vehicles in his garage. Max also loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Jerry and Sally Barner of Lock Haven; maternal grandparents, Dale and Merletta Faurot of MI; a brother, Jeremy Faurot of MI; a sister, Katlin (Donnie) Confer of Mill Hall, and twin-sister, Emily Barner of Lock Haven; eight nieces and nephews: Beau, Evy, Cora, Tylor, Billy, Frances, Brooklyn and Maddyson; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sharon Faurot.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 2 P.M. at the Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company, 91 Firehouse Rd., Mill Hall, PA 17751 with Rev. Frank Hartzel officiating.
Private inurnment will take place at a later time at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the American Diabetes Association.
