Penny Bechdel Obituary
Penny Sue Bechdel, 60, of Mill Hall passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born November 15, 1961 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Doyle and Jane (Bauman) Croak, Sr.
Penny was a graduate of Lock Haven High School.
She shared 40 years of marriage with her love, Lloyd W. Bechdel, Sr.
Throughout the years, Penny was employed by several companies including PennDot, Brodart, First Quality and Walmart.
Penny enjoyed reading and loved the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Lloyd W. Bechdel, Sr. of Mill Hall, she is survived by her children, Lloyd (Brenda) Bechdel, Jr. of Mill Hall and Ashley Bechdel (Mike Hammond) of South Williamsport; a brother, Doyle Croak, Jr.; a sister, Pam Croak; her father-in-law, James Bechdel; six grandchildren: Janet, Daniel, Ryleigh, Thane, Anna and Aubrey; and her dog, Milo.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Janet Bechdel.
A private visitation will be held for her immediate family.
Memorial contributions in Penny's name may be made to the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
