Rebecca Zerbe Obituary
Rebecca M. Zerbe, 75, passed away peacefully at home on February 7, 2026.
Born March 18, 1950 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Frances E. Embick Herman and Joseph Herman, Sr.
Becky was a 1968 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
She worked at IGA Foodliner and JR's Foodette for 19 years, followed by 8 years at Interform, before her many years at Wal-Mart until her retirement.
Becky was married to her loving husband, Robert G. Zerbe, for 46 years before his passing in 2014.
She is survived by her daughter, Laural Zerbe; her granddaughter, Olivia Schreckengast; four sisters-in-law, Betty, Mary and Karen Herman and Debbie Zerbe Romano; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She wished to make mention of her special friends whom she enjoyed spending time with: Ethel Stull, the late Deanna Winner Jodun and her husband, Buddy, Grace Weaver and Barb and Larry Bottorf.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Jerry, Joseph, Jr., John and Randy Herman.
Per Becky's wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of her family.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
