Rose Anna Barth, 84, of Lock Haven, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Brookdale Assisted Living, Harrisburg.
Born in Lock Haven on April 3, 1941, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Joanne Grenoble Caruso.
Rose was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, Lock Haven.
On June 20, 1959, she married Lee M. Barth, who preceded her in death on January 14, 2019 after 59 years of marriage.
She was employed at Woolrich Woolen Mills and Hammermill Paper Company before retiring from Truck-Lite of McElhattan.
Rose was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Parish, attending St. Agnes Catholic Church, Lock Haven.
She enjoyed the simple things in life, including tending to her plants and flowers. Beyond all, Rose loved her family and always looked forward to hearing updates on her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Rose is survived by two daughters, Brenda (Troy) Falls of York and Jennifer (Bill) Decker of Halifax; two sisters, Connie Shoemaker of Lock Haven and Laura Caruso of Idaho; three grandchildren: TJ Fye, Sadie Clemens and Joshua Decker; and four great grandchildren: Emma and Elizabeth Fye, Maddie Clemens and Charlie Decker.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Clare Eckley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 10 A.M. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, PA 17745 with Rev. Father Joseph Orr officiating. Graveside burial services will follow at Swissdale Cemetery, Lock Haven.
A time of viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Lock Haven Catholic School Endowment Fund.
