William "Bill" Leitch Obituary
William "Bill" Leitch, 79, of Beech Creek passed away on the morning of February 9, 2026 at his home.
He was born August 1, 1946 in Lock Haven to Alton Leitch and Clara Ramser Leitch. Bill was one of eight children.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Rupert Leitch, with whom he shared 41 years of marriage.
Also surviving are a daughter, Heather (Jeff) Burnell of Beech Creek; a son, Matthew (Misty) Leitch of Beech Creek; two bonus daughters, Steph and Mandy, who he welcomed and loved very much; and three granddaughters: Kiri Burnell, Blakey Leitch and Ryleigh Leitch, all of Beech Creek.
Bill was preceded in death by his grandson, Ryan Leitch.
Bill loved football- from playing for the Lock Haven Bobcat's in high school to being a die-hard Steelers fan.
His family would like to send a special thank you to his daughter-in-law, Misty, for the help and loving care she provided as well as to his UPMC nurse, Amber, as she was a very compassionate angel.
As per Bill's wishes, there will be no viewing. Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
